Day Rate: €380 – 450 (dependant on experience)
The OTT and multi-screen streaming video space has risen in popularity a considerable amount in recent years. Our client is a big player in Wallonia region of southern Belgium. Our Client has grown over the years and have tasked us with finding them a contract engineer to join them.
Joining our client will allow you to work with the most modern technologies, as well as the opportunity to be part of one the most emerging and contemporary STB projects.
This role is focused around the end-to-end testing of the digital TV Set-top-box & OTT apps and the integration testing of the TV backend, while working alongside passionate UX and back-end teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will have experience worked as a E2E test and integration engineer (preferably in the area of STB, OTT, VOD)
- Experience with IP Networking and an understanding of how video is streamed across IP
- An understanding of DVB-C
- Experience in back end focused Testing & Video Encoding/Decoding
- French Speaking
- Belgium Based
- Technical master’s degree
